This class is all about the AeroPress! We do a deep dive into the cult brewing method that has created a world wide fan base. Students will be guided through using different recipes (traditional, inverted, and dilution) to brew their own AeroPress Gos. You will be able to taste and understand the impact of altering different brew variables, including grind size and filter.
This course runs for 60 - 75 minutes and includes demonstrations, hands on AeroPress Go-ing and tasting. It is held at our roasting facility in Ventura, California. Students will be given a Brew Guide to take home and receive 15% off any beans or brew gear purchased on the day of the class. Collective members check your email for your promotional code.
