This class covers two different styles of cold coffee: cold brew and flash iced coffee. Both methods result in uniquely delicious drinks. Your instructor will guide you through a tasting of each and teach you how to replicate your favorite at home. As always, there's lots of coffee drinking and hands on brewing!
This course runs for roughly 60 - 75 minutes and includes demonstrations, hands on brewing and tasting. Students will be given a Brew Guide to take home and receive 15% off any beans or brew gear purchased on the day of the class. Collective members check your email for your promotional code.
