Over the years, Beacon has perfected our ideal French Press recipe. In this class we walk you through our approach and how you can recreate it at home. After a demonstration, students will be guided through making their own French presses. We will be tasting the effects of different brewing variables - including grind size and water quality - so that you understand how to get the most out of your French Press.
This course begins at 9:00 am runs for roughly 60 - 75 minutes and includes a lot of learning and tasting. Attendees receive 15% off any beans or brew gear purchased on the day of the class.
