Las Rosas is a wonderland for coffee professionals. The farm has one of the most diverse plantings of heirloom coffee varieties that we have ever seen in one place. This alone would be noteworthy, that Don Rolando produces each of these at a world class level is astounding.

SL28 was originally developed by Scott Laboratories in Kenya. When grown there, it is renowned for it's syrupy berry notes. Tasting this varietal grown in Guatemala is an exciting experience for us. We find it results in balanced blackberry notes with a caramel sweetness and dark chocolate finish. 

ORDERING INFORMATION

All bags are 12 ounces. Orders received by end of day Wednesday will be roasted and shipped that same week. If received after, it will be roasted/packed the following week.
