The Dota micro-region of Costa Rica's Tarrazu Valley is famous for its juicy, full bodied and winey coffees. When La Pradera underwent a full restoration, the farm was planted with heirloom varieties that would also pair well with the Terrior of the Dota Bowl. We are bringing you an Estate Cuvee from La Pradera. This lot is comprised of seed stock brought from another local nursery in the Tarrazu Valley. The trees are in their sixth harvest cycle and a maturing cup profile has emerged now that the trees are fully established.

Tasting notes: balanced acidity and body with a dark cherry and milk chocolate finish.

Are you local and would prefer to pickup? Choose pickup as method for delivery to collect at the Roasting Plant in Ventura. Wholesale orders are available for pick up at the roasting plant beginning Wednesday morning each week.

5777 Olivas Park Dr. Suite R Ventura, CA 93003. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup. Check in with our baristas up front when you arrive for pickup. Pickup hours are 7am-2pm.

Wholesale orders for non-local clients will ship day of roasting.
