Finca La Fany has been in continuous production since 1870 and the farm has been passed from generation to generation in the Silva family. In the early 2000’s the farm was passed to Rafael, Carmen and Rafael’s brother Luis from their aunt. The farm sits in the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor System that stretches from Mexico to Panama ensuring an appropriate environment for the migration of over 500 bird species.

What we love about the Silva family is that they are deep rooted in the tradition of quality coffee, and are always experimenting, evolving, and raising the bar. This year’s offerings from Finca La Fany are tremendous. The Silvas have become experts in every step of coffee production, producing exceptionally clean, beautiful coffees year after year that continue to impress us. We think you’ll find this to be no exception. 

Tasting Notes: Full bodied milk chocolate notes and round sweetness, strong notes of fruit.

Orders received before end of day Wednesday, will be roasted and fulfilled the next day. All orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following week. All bags are 340g.
