Hacienda Rio Negro sits roughly 13km north of Panama's border with Costa Rica. The area is tropical in a way that often makes December in the Tarrazu Valley seem a touch arid. The jungles are lush and rain seems to be something  one watches by the hour rather than the season.  A gentle sloping plot, the farm dips into and out of the protected jungle with Rio Negro winding its way around the north and eastern perimeters.  Over the last four crop cycles Rio Negro has done a complete restoration of the farm, replanting with heirloom varietals and first generation hybrids. This coffee will be lovely in any direct contact brewing methods, such as the aeropress!

Tasting Notes: Silky body, Milk chocolate, bright acidity.

Orders received before end of day Wednesday, will be roasted and fulfilled the next day. All orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following week. All bags are 340g.
