For Minor and his family, La Pastora is truly a family business. Mom and Dad manage and run the pruning and milling operations while their daughters tend to the feeding, marketing and quality control at their mill. 
Minor and his family have been on the cutting edge of water preservation through innovative milling techniques for over a decade. The Africa Washed is double fermented and then dried on raised beds.
This labor intensive processing method results in a deliciously sweet and complex coffee!

Orders received before end of day Wednesday, will be roasted and fulfilled the next day. All orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following week. All bags are 340g.
